All of Sweet Surrender’s desserts are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients available. And the kitchen is constantly adding new favorites to the menu of classical desserts that have made Sweet Surrender a popular dessert destination.
Each dessert is made to order. As a small business, we do not have the space to keep a great number of whole cakes on hand to sell to walk in customers. So we kindly request that custom cake orders be placed a minimum of five days in advance. This helps the kitchen at Sweet Surrender stay organized, and also allows for you, the customer, to get exactly what you want. If you need a cake with a complex design or a tiered cake, we recommend ordering AT LEAST two weeks in advance.
Should you need to place your order with less than five day’s notice, we will do our best to meet your needs. However, we can not guarantee that we will have the exact flavor or size cake available that you are looking to purchase.

Genoise: A traditional Italian sponge cake layered with a light whipped cream filling, your desired filling, and covered in whipped meringue. Try one of these fillings: lemon, raspberry, blueberry, chocolate, Nutella, or orange.
Carrot Cake: Traditional carrot cake made with carrot, pecans, coconut, and pineapple filled with your choice of caramel or bourbon pecan caramel and topped off with buttercream or cream cheese frosting.
Italian Cream Cake: A light, spongy cake made with walnuts and coconut, layered with raspberry and buttercream or cream cheese frosting.
Red Velvet Cake: A traditional red velvet cake with a hint of coffee, topped with cream cheese frosting. Try it with a raspberry or strawberry filling!
Neapolitan: One layer each of chocolate, vanilla pound, and red velvet cakes, with a cream cheese icing filling. Frosted in buttercream and topped with ganache rosettes.
Mocha Concorde: Large discs of baked chocolate meringue layered with chocolate ganache and mocha French buttercream.
Cheesecake: Rich, creamy cheesecake with or without your choice of topping. Seasonal flavors also available.
TORTES
Flourless Chocolate Torte: Flourless, creamy, intense chocolate torte, enrobed in chocolate ganache.
White Chocolate Mousse Torte: Smooth, silky white chocolate mousse with a ganache base and an Oreo cookie crust.
Samoa Torte: Layers of baked coconut cake, salted caramel, and chocolate ganache.
High Roller Torte: A layer each of flourless chocolate torte, cheesecake, and raspberry mousse, iced in raspberry whipped cream.
Oreo Truffle Torte: One layer of chocolate cake, one layer of Oreo truffle filling, one layer of chocolate mousse, iced in chocolate whipped cream, with chocolate ganache drizzle.
Buckeye Torte: One layer each of chocolate cake, peanut butter buckeye filling, and peanut butter mousse. Frosted in ganache and sprinkled with peanuts.

Our pies start with a flaky, buttery crust with your choice of filling: Granny Smith Apple, Apple Streusel, Cappuccino Silk, Cranberry Walnut, Pecan, Pecan Chocolate Chip, Key Lime, Sour Cherry, Pumpkin, Pumpkin Bourbon. (Cookie crumb crusts also available.)
