The pastry chefs at Sweet Surrender are constantly creating new desserts and adding new favorites to the menu of classic desserts that have made Sweet Surrender such a popular dessert destination for more than 20 years.

Sweet Surrender offers many options to better serve the growing number of health conscious individuals. No sugar added, sugar-free, gluten-free, and vegan desserts are all available. Though not always offered for immediate sale in our cafe, these desserts are all available for special order in a variety of sizes. All of these desserts require that you order a minimum of one week in advance. Please call us at (502) 899-2008 to place your order.

While me make many of these desserts to accommodate allergies, please keep in mind that we use gluten, dairy, nuts, and soy, in many of our recipes. Though we always do our best to be very careful when we bake desserts for people with allergies, there is always the possibility of cross contamination, as we do not have separate prep areas for each allergy.

Samoa Torte: Layers of baked coconut cake, salted caramel, and chocolate ganache.

High Roller: A layer each of flourless chocolate torte, cheesecake, and raspberry mousse, iced in raspberry whipped cream.

Flourless Chocolate Torte: Flourless, creamy, intense chocolate torte, enrobed in chocolate ganache.

Cheesecake: Rich, creamy cheesecake with or without your choice of topping, on a gluten free Graham Cracker crust.

Pies:  Any of our cream pies are available with a gluten free Graham cracker crust.

Cookies: Coconut Macaroons, French Macarons, Peanut Butter Cookies, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, No-Bake Cookies, Meringue Kisses, Monster Cookies.

Flourless Chocolate Torte:  Flourless, creamy, intense chocolate torte, enrobed in chocolate ganache. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips are used in the baking of this cake.

Cakes & Pies:

Cheesecake: A rich, creamy, sugar free cheesecake with a sugar-free shortbread cookie crust. Topped with Sugar free cool whip and fresh berries.

Cream Pie: A sugar free custard based pie with a sugar free pie crust, topped with whipped cream sweetened with Splenda. Choose between Banana or Coconut.

Fresh Fruit Tart : A sugar free tart shell filled with sugar-free custard and topped with fresh berries.

DAIRY KOSHER

All of the desserts at Sweet Surrender are made using Kosher ingredients. However, we do make many desserts that contain dairy as an ingredient. Therefore, in regards to Kosher classification, all of our desserts are considered dairy, even if they contain no dairy ingredients.
